You will become a key part of our international operation as Technical Supervisor in our facilities in Wuxi, China (near Shanghai and Suzhou) – a personally, professionally and technically challenging position in China.

As Supervisor, you will manage the Technical part of the operations of our multi-shift production site in China. This includes ensuring the continuous operation of the production equipment and the management of the technical staff. On a daily basis you will be working closely together with the Factory Director, as well as Engineers and Quality department from our headquarter in Denmark.

Your primary tasks will include:

• On-the-production-floor presence to ensure the continuous operation of the production equipment.
• Prompt and competent diagnosing of any issues with production equipment, and if needed report to the technician staff at headquarters or to equipment suppliers for support.

For our new Civil Engineering group within our business unit Offshore Wind Technology we are looking for a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with strong experience from the wind business. You will be a part of the growing Civil Engineering team within the Technology department positioned in Fredericia or Hamburg.

The department is the technical know-how centre within Business Unit Offshore Wind projects, setting the standards and guidelines, and providing ad-hoc expert support to our projects, both through the development and execution phases as well as assisting the Generation department with issues arising once the wind turbines are in operation.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Responsible for carrying out ROV access verification in the simulator
• Responsible for final delivery of ROV Access report/study
